Passed Appetizers

• Salmon Lomi-Lomi (salted salmon tossed with a pico de gallo - served on a wonton chip)
• BBQ'd Chicken Bao Buns: (bbq chicken filled bao buns served with sriracha aioli and pickles)
• Purple Yam and Shiitake Musubi: (small sticky rice cake topped with roasted purple yam and shiitake mushrooms marinated in sesame, soy and garlic, topped with a scallion marmalade)

Salad:

• Baby greens, dried mango, candied ginger, snow peas, baby carrots and crispy banana chips with tamari-sesame vinaigrette
  

Main Course:

• Kalua Chicken:  marinated with soy and sugar and slow roast in banana and taro leaves.  Served with pineapple rice, ti leaf salad and a sweet soy based bbq sauce.
• Vegetarian: BBQ'd Jackfruit and Eggplant Skewers, with grilled plantain and peppers and shiitake mushrooms. Served with pineapple rice, ti leaf salad and a sweet soy based bbq sauce.
